Specifically, the parent company of Seller, Brightland Homes, Ltd., owns 100% of TPG Mortgage Services, LLC. TPG Mortgage Services, LLC has a 65% ownership interest in BHM. Because of this relationship, this referral may provide Seller financial or other benefits.

Set forth below are the estimated charges or range of charges for the settlement services listed.  You are NOT required to use the listed provider(s) as a condition for your purchase of the Property.

The actual fees charged may vary based on the size of your loan, loan program, credit scores, occupancy type, loan to value, the interest rate you select, and the actual fees charged by the investor that funds your loan. There may also be other third-party charges. You will receive a Loan Estimate from BHM when you apply for your mortgage which will give you a more detailed estimate of the charges. BUYER IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE BHM AS A CONDITION TO THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY.
