There may also be other third-party charges. You will receive a Loan Estimate from BHM when you apply for your mortgage which will give you a more detailed estimate of the charges. BUYER IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE BHM AS A CONDITION TO THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY.
